Victorian Snake Basket
Description
Victorian Snake BasketThis Victorian metal basket is French and dates to around the 1870s. It would have held an oval shaped opaline glass or porcelain dish at the center. I bought it for the my collection ages ago but decided I dont need it. I would use it as the base of a floral arrangement or table centerpiece. Its theoretically possible to find a dish to replace the center, but it was too low on my list of priorities. I bought it for the SNAKES!
