Oxidised Butterlamp with Embossing - 15cmThis 'Butterlamp' or candle holder is made from a copper alloy and has an oxidised finish. It is embossed with Auspicious symbols of Tibetan Buddhism. A butterlamp is traditionally filled with butter or oil and a handmade wick and used as a light offering on a shrine, most often in conjunction with a set of shrine offering bowls.
