The wine is made from the 'Old Block'(26 Years of age )Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, aged in small three year old French oak for one year, then transferred to new French puncheons(500L) for another year. The Complex depth of fruit characters and superb oak background create an oak and fruit balance
